Crab Cakes with Lemon Aioli Sauce

Crab Cakes Ingredients

Mayo (not Miracle Whip)

Fresh lemon juice

Bread crumbs (optional)

Worcestershire sauce

Brass cuisine all purpose

Black pepper

Onion powder

Garlic powder

Paprika

Cheyenne pepper

Thyme

Oregano

Lump crab meat


Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Mix thoroughly.

  3. Form similarly sized patties.

  4. Bake on 375 degrees until golden brown.


Lemon Aioli Sauce Ingredients

Mayo (not Miracle Whip)

Lemon juice

Sweet relish

Garlic powder

Onion powder (optional)

Slap ya mama (regular recommended)

Smoked Paprika

Cheyenne pepper

Honey


Lemon Aioli Sauce Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Mix thoroughly.

Pro tip: Season lightly to begin and add more as desired. You can always add more, but you can't take it out.


Pro tip: Go light on the honey.
